The Madhya Pradesh State Cooperative Bank (MPRSB) has announced a massive recruitment drive for positions such as Officer, Clerk, Computer Operator, and Society Manager in 38 District Central Cooperative Banks across the state. A total of 2076 positions will be filled through this recruitment. The application process started on January 6, 2026, and interested candidates can apply online until February 5, 2026.
In this recruitment drive by the Madhya Pradesh State Cooperative Bank, a total of 1763 positions will be filled through direct recruitment. These include 748 positions for Computer Operators, 176 positions for Computer Operators (on contract), and 839 positions for Society Managers. Various officer-level positions are also included in this recruitment process.
Different qualifications have been set for each position. For the Computer Programmer position, candidates must have a BE or B.Tech (Computer Science or IT), M.Sc (CS/IT), or MCA degree. At least 2 years of work experience is also required. For the Financial Analyst and Internal Auditor positions, candidates must have a graduate or postgraduate degree. Candidates with an MBA, CA, or ICWA degree can also apply, but they must have 2 years of experience.
For the Branch Manager position, a graduate or postgraduate degree or an MBA with at least 1 year of experience is required. For the Computer Programmer-2 position, a BE, B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, or MCA degree and 2 years of experience are necessary. For the Accountant position, a graduate, postgraduate, or MBA degree is required. For the Computer Operator and Society Manager positions, candidates must have a graduate degree in any subject, along with a 1-year computer diploma or equivalent qualification. The age limit for recruitment has also been set according to the post. For Officer and Clerk (General) positions, candidates must be between 18 and 35 years of age. The maximum age limit for the Computer Operator (Contractual) position is 55 years. Special age relaxations will be given to residents of Madhya Pradesh. This includes a 5-year age relaxation for female candidates, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Persons with Disabilities, ex-servicemen, Home Guards, and bank employees of Madhya Pradesh.
The application fee is determined according to the candidate's category and the position applied for. SC, ST, and PwD candidates will have to pay ₹800 plus GST for the Officer position, and ₹650 plus GST for the Clerk position. For General and other category candidates, the fee is ₹1100 plus GST for the Officer position and ₹850 plus GST for the Clerk position. The fee can only be paid online.
Upon selection for the Senior Management Grade-2 position, the salary will range from ₹42,700 to ₹1,35,100. For the Middle Management Grade-1 position, the salary will be between ₹36,200 and ₹1,14,800. The salary for the Middle Management Grade-2 position is set at ₹32,800 to ₹1,03,600. Other allowances will also be provided.
