Materials:

  • swim
  • semolina
  • curd
  • potato
  • Green chillies
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Coriander
  • salt
  • Coriander cumin powder
  • Baking soda

Action:

  • To make poha bread, first of all, take a bowl of poha and soak it in water for some time. After some time take it out in a bowl.
  • Take poha in a large bowl and mix it with cooked potato, finely chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste and salt to taste.
  • Add semolina and curd in a mixer bowl and grind it finely. Add the divided paste and mix. Then add coriander, cumin powder, coriander and baking soda and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Leave the vadas in the shape of your choice in hot oil and deep fry them till they turn golden brown.
  • Pohya Vada made in a simple way is ready. This dish goes well with the sauce.
