Bathua Aloo Puri Recipe
First Step- To make Bathua Aloo Puri, clean about 2 medium sized potatoes and Bathua and keep them in the cooker to boil. If you are boiling bathua and potatoes together, then you can peel the potatoes and keep them to boil along with the bathua.
Second step- Now make the dough for puri. Add salt and some turmeric to wheat flour. Add some red chilli and garam masala powder to the flour. Add celery by rubbing it on the palm, mix everything dry like this.
Third step- Now put boiled potatoes and bathua in a mixer and grind them. If you want, you can just mash them well with the help of a masher. Now mix prepared potatoes and bathua in flour and prepare a dough like puri.
