Shah Rukh Khan News: Bollywood king Shahrukh Khan's bungalow 'Mannat' has become not just a house but a big landmark of Mumbai. Fans come from all over the world to get a glimpse of this bungalow situated on Bandra's Bandstand. Now a big news is coming for the fans of Shahrukh Khan who were inspired to dream big by standing outside Mannat. This mansion of King Khan is now rising even higher. According to the information, two new floors are being added in the 'Mannat Annex' building located in the campus of Mannat. Earlier this building was of 6 floors, but now after the new construction it will become 8 storeys.
According to information received from sources, Prayer The main 'Heritage Bungalow' (the iconic white colored villa) will not be touched at all. Since it is a heritage structure, no changes are allowed in it. This is the reason why all the expansion is being done in the modern annex building built just behind it. Annex means creating a separate living space there without touching the main structure of the bungalow.

These two new floors of Mannat will not have ordinary rooms. It is being told that with this expansion, a total of 6,630 square feet of new space will be added to the bungalow. These new floors will feature 'ultra-luxury' interiors, with living spaces much larger than an average Mumbai 1BHK flat. It is believed that the entire work will be completed this year.
Gauri Khan herself has taken command of this big project. He met architect Amit ji. Its proposal was submitted to BMC through Pawar. And if reports are to be believed, this project has got approval very fast from BMC, after which construction is now going on in full swing there.
