Bharta with lentils in food increases the taste manifold. In most of the houses, people prepare Brinjal Bharta and Potato Bharta and eat it. But have you eaten cauliflower bharta? Yes, tasty bharta is also prepared from cauliflower. Once you make Bharta from cauliflower and eat it, believe me you will become crazy about its taste. All cauliflower vegetables will look pale in comparison to cauliflower bharta. It tastes amazing with rice. Take a quick note of the recipe of Cauliflower Bharta.

Gobi Ka Bharta Recipe

First step- First of all, remove the stalk from 1 cauliflower and clean it. Now keep water in the pan to heat. Add half teaspoon salt and half teaspoon turmeric in water. When the water starts boiling, add whole cauliflower florets or cut them into small pieces. Now cover it and let it boil for a while.

Second step- For Bharta, take about 3-4 big onions and cut them into long pieces. Cut 3 tomatoes into rounds and finely chop the coriander. When the cabbage boils and melts, turn off the gas and take out the flowers from the water.

Third step- Now heat mustard oil in a pan. Fry 3-4 whole red chillies in it and take them out. Add 8-10 garlic cloves in oil and fry them. Now put round chopped tomatoes in this oil, cover it and cook till it melts. Take out the tomatoes and add onion to the same pan and fry lightly.

Fourth step- Now take an earthen pot and mash the roasted red chillies and garlic by mixing with hands. Now add tomatoes to it and mash it well. Now add boiled cabbage to it and mix. Now add roasted onion and finely chopped coriander. Mix everything and add salt as per taste.

Delicious cauliflower bharta is ready, you will enjoy it if you eat it with rice. You can also enjoy it with roti or paratha. Red chillies and garlic added to Bharta have a different flavour. You must try this recipe once in winter.
