Protests have increased in Iran. Meanwhile, Friday may prove to be a day of decision for Iran. Exiled Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi has once again appealed to the people of Iran. Earlier on Thursday, protests flared up further in the country after the appeal of exiled Crown Prince Raza Pahlavi. The protesters intensified their protest against the government. After this the internet was blocked in the country. Now on Friday once again Raza has appealed to the protesters.
Raza Pahlavi appealed to the people and said that people should come out once again at 8 pm tonight. He has also appealed to the people to gather in large numbers from Thursday onwards. Also appealed to move forward in coordination with the crowd.
Reza Pahlavi posted on the social media handle X, saying, I am proud of all of you who took to the streets across Iran on Thursday night. You have seen that when people gather in large numbers, the oppressive forces have to retreat. Those who were hesitant till now, should join their fellow countrymen on Friday night and make the crowd bigger, so that the oppressive power of the regime becomes further weakened.
I also appeal to the grassroots level leaders to try to connect the crowds coming from different routes, so that they can become more massive. I know that you will not leave the streets even though internet and communication services are closed. Rest assured, victory will be yours.
As long as you have captured the streets of entire Iran on Thursday evening (18th), I will be proud. Seeing that the crowd was huge, the retreating forces were suppressed. Those who doubted, gathered together on Friday evening (12:00-17:00) and gathered more people so that they could suppress the regime. pic.twitter.com/ZOiCiH4rng

Protests have been taking place in Iran since December 28 regarding the economic crisis. Meanwhile, these demonstrations increased on Thursday. On Thursday, Iranian opposition leader Reza Pahlavi said that tonight millions of Iranians demanded their freedom. He also thanked US President Donald Trump and described him as the leader of the free world and said that he has reiterated his promise to hold the regime accountable.
This unrest has started due to rising inflation and falling currency. There were reports of clashes at many places and there is increasing concern about the scale of the action by the security forces. Meanwhile, news of nationwide internet shutdown in the West Asian country also came to light on Thursday.
Also, due to the protests going on for so many days, there was a clash between the security forces and the protesters. Due to this, many people have lost their lives till now. At the same time, many have been injured and many have also been arrested.
