The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has introduced a comprehensive support system for students appearing in the UP Board Class 10 and Class 12 examinations for the academic session 2025–26. In a student-friendly initiative, the board has released dedicated helpline numbers and official email IDs to help examinees resolve academic doubts, exam-related queries, and stress-related concerns ahead of the board examinations.
This move is aimed at ensuring that students do not feel anxious, confused, or under pressure during the crucial examination phase. The helpline details were officially announced by UP Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh, who emphasised that the facility is meant to provide timely guidance and reassurance to lakhs of students across the state.
According to the board, the primary objective of launching these helpline services is to support students facing difficulties related to theory subjects, syllabus clarity, exam rules, and mental stress. The board believes that fear and confusion can negatively impact performance, and early guidance can help students approach exams with confidence.
Bhagwati Singh stated that these helplines would play a vital role in addressing students’ concerns and ensuring a smoother examination experience. He has also instructed regional additional secretaries and district education officers to actively promote the helpline services so that maximum students can benefit from them.
