The temple city has been decorated grandly under the Somnath Swabhiman festival. People from all over the country including Gujarat are coming to participate in this festival. This festival will continue till 11 January.

He said that Lord Somnath has resided in the hearts of people for centuries. Many attackers tried to destroy this holy place again and again, but they never succeeded. Even today some so-called urban extremists may try, but under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Somnath Corridor has received support under the grand development plan.
BJP leader Prashant said that Somnath Swabhiman Mahotsav is being celebrated across the country. This festival started from January 8 in Somnath, in which many cultural programs took place. Damru Yatra of saints and procession of Naga Babas were taken out, in which Rath Yatra of Naga Babas took place for the first time in Somnath.
Prime Minister Modi, who reached Somnath, will visit the Somnath temple and attend the meeting of the Somnath Temple Trust. 1000 years of history will be showcased through drone show. There will be a Shaurya Sabha of the Prime Minister on Sunday at 10 am, in which he will address.
It has become a festival of self-respect for the entire country. A large number of people from all over the country are coming here to participate for three days. There is an atmosphere like Diwali here.
