AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi has commented on Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. He said that a 'tube light' burns in his mind. He has sworn on the Constitution. Where is this written in the Constitution? Owaisi said that it is written in the Constitution of Pakistan that only a person from one community can become the Prime Minister and President of that country. Babasaheb Ambedkar gave the Constitution to our country. He was more intelligent and educated than Himanta Biswa Sarma.
Owaisi said that unfortunately those who do not understand the Constitution and its spirit say that this country does not belong to just one community. He said that this is the beauty of this country that it is open to even those who do not believe in God. Commenting on CM Himanta, Owaisi said that his mind is small. Therefore, he says such small things.

A day earlier, Himanta Biswa Sarma, while talking to the media, had said, there is no constitutional ban. Anybody can become Prime Minister, but India is a Hindu nation, Hindu civilization, and we will always believe that. He had said that we have full confidence that the Indian Prime Minister will always be a Hindu person. Earlier on Friday, Owaisi had said that one day a daughter wearing hijab will become the Prime Minister of India, which shows the inclusivity of the Indian Constitution.

Speaking at an election rally in Solapur, Maharashtra, Owaisi argued that Pakistan's Constitution lacks inclusivity, which prevents people from other religions from holding top positions. He said that the Constitution of Pakistan clearly says that only a person of one religion can become the Prime Minister of the country. Baba Saheb's Constitution says that any citizen of India can become Prime Minister, Chief Minister or Mayor. My dream is that a day will come when a daughter wearing hijab will become the Prime Minister of this country.
