India 4G Network Expansion: Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has made a big announcement regarding the digital future of India. He has made it clear that by June 2026, 4G network will reach every village in the country. This will drastically improve internet and call connectivity in rural areas. This step will give a new impetus to the Digital India Mission and will directly change the lives of crores of people. Education, business and government services in villages will now be faster and easier.

4G network in every village by June 2026

Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia made a big announcement in a program organized in Shivpuri district of Madhya Pradesh that by June 2026, 4G network will be available in every village of the country. He said that this will provide high speed internet and better call connectivity to rural people. Even today, the problem of weak network persists in many villages, which this scheme will completely eliminate. The government's aim is that no area should be left behind digitally. This step will prove important in making India a completely connected country.

120 crore mobile users will get direct benefits

Union Minister Scindia said that more than 120 crore people are using mobile phones in the country. When 4G network reaches every village, this large user base will be able to take advantage of fast internet and stable network. With this, services like online education, digital payment, video call and e-governance will reach the villages. The dream of Digital India will be fulfilled only when the digital gap between rural and urban India ends. 4G network will play an important role in reducing this gap.

Big agreement between India Post and Agriculture Department

During the program, the Union Minister said that two important agreements have been signed between the India Post Department and the Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department. Their objective is to promote economic empowerment in rural areas. An agreement has been signed to bring transparency in real-time monitoring and distribution of fertilizers. With this, farmers will get fertilizer at the right time and black marketing will be curbed. The second agreement focuses on economically strengthening rural women.

Rural economy will get new strength

He said that the picture of rural India will change rapidly with the 4G network and these new agreements. With fast internet, farmers will be able to get accurate market information and sell their products at better prices. Women will be able to get new employment opportunities through online services and digital payments. The government wants villages to become self-reliant and take full advantage of digital resources. This target will be achieved to a great extent by reaching 4G in every village by June 2026.
