The Raja Saab Biggest Mistake: So to say, we are in the 21st century. Where women and men are walking shoulder to shoulder. But there is a cloudiness in the same thinking when it comes to presenting the woman properly in the film. When it comes to cinema, which has changed a lot over the years. But the reality is that here the matter of equality remains only till casting. When it is said that a mega budget film is being made and there is a big hero in it, whose opposite actress is being searched. The fees alone are enough to tell the story of equality. But even today there are some makers who believe in presenting the hero as powerful and the heroine as weak woman in films. Like every time, the heroine is standing behind the hero, where only the hero will save her. Here we are talking about some films, which were shown in the name of horror comedy, but the truth is very bitter. Prabhas's 'The Raja Saab', which released on January 9, 2026. It has earned Rs 200 crore from all over the world in 4 days. But from the first frame till the end, there was only one story, in which three actresses were made fun of.
There is a scene in the film, where we get to hear - Sanjay Dutt's character invites only those people to that mansion, with whom he has some interest. But when you watch the film, the biggest mistake is where the three actresses are not in that mansion because they have also been invited. Rather it is because there Radiance Is the character of. Who is fighting with his grandfather for his grandmother. There is no special logic in it. But this is the same character, who is taking three girls each. One loves him, one loves him and the third – who met when her heart was broken. So what kind of horror comedy is this, where the entire focus is not on horror, comedy, but on presenting women as 'objects' rather than as 'human beings' on the cinema screen.
The film starts with a scene, where the first actress (Riddhi Kumar) comes with Prabhas. When a boy teases him in a crowded market, Prabhas remembers his love for women. But in the very next scene, this character is asking money from the girl in the name of love and she also gives it. Then comes the second scene, where Prabhas falls in love with a girl at first sight. And then there is an entry on the screen – Nidhi Agerwal, who serves in the church. Prabhas's character was revolved around that girl a lot. But after some time another girl comes into his life. Who comes with a bag full of money and helps Prabhas i.e. Malavika Mohanan. She is the third actress to work in the film. Who later falls in love with Prabhas's character and they both come together. Now all three of them have to meet at The Raja Saab's Haveli, where the ghostly game will take place. Which was actually not haunted at all.
In the two and a half hour film, the makers did not include even a single powerful scene for Riddhi Kumar, Nidhi Agarwal and Malavika Mohanan. They got so busy in showing the hero as an actual hero that he forgot about the heroines. Which were used only for love angle. Or to fill the story and for the dance. Because there are many dance numbers in the film. Yes, there is a scene of Malavika where she confronts the goons and confronts Takkar. But as soon as he is slapped, the goons catch him. So Prabhas's character, the hero, does not get up to help. He says- You should have moved away as soon as I came and now if you want help then say this from your mouth. Which she also says and then he comes forward to help. So that means your heroism is of this level.

Nidhi and Malvika come face to face for the first time in the mansion. Where they have come to know about each other. They come to know that Prabhas is in love with Nidhi's character and has a compulsion with Malvika. Because he has supported me in his sorrow. But the way three actresses have been rotated behind one hero in the entire film, it just seems like a joke. Either show glamor or do a dance number. Even when Raja Saab's (Prabhas) first girlfriend returns and confronts Prabhas. So he says- You are my friend and I consider you a friend.
Even the last scene is similar, when all three girlfriends follow him home and search for him. So that character's grandmother says - I ran away because of you three, who herself is a woman. So here we are not calling any character wrong, but are questioning the story which gives freedom to present women in this way. In real life it does not happen that a boy has all three girlfriends together and they are waiting for one to be chosen. But this film actually made fun of women.
