Baba Ramdev told in a video that some people cover themselves with quilts in the cold, yet they continue to shiver. According to him, one reason for this could be lack of blood. He advised that you can increase hemoglobin by drinking carrot, tomato, beetroot and amla juice. These winter items contain a lot of iron and also provide other nutrients. By drinking the juice of these things during winter, the body gets many nutrients. Carrots not only increase blood but also contain Vitamin A which is an essential nutrient for our eyes.
Talking about Amla, it is a big source of Vitamin C. Eating it or drinking its juice increases immunity and keeps colds away from us. Amla also provides benefits like detoxifying the liver, preventing hair fall and reducing stomach gas.
If you add ginger and drink its juice, it provides warmth to the body. This improves our digestion because it boosts metabolism. Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, it reduces joint pain in winter.

In the video, he advised to do Mandukasana and Bhujangasana daily. By the way, he also advised to do Hanuman Dand because it benefits the entire body.
