Synopsis

VFS Global is relocating its Schengen Joint Visa Application Centres in New Delhi to a new address at 27 KG Marg, effective January 12, 2026. This move will impact visa applicants for several European countries, with services transitioning in phases to ensure continuity. Applicants are advised to note the new location for submissions and passport collections.

Indian visa applicants for several European countries will need to visit new locations for their visa services later this month, as VFS Global announces the relocation of its Visa Application Centres (VACs) in the national capital, according to the official announcement by the company.

The Schengen Joint Visa Application Centre in Delhi will move from Shivaji Stadium Metro Station to a new address at 27 KG Marg, starting 12 January 2026. The relocation will happen in phases to ensure services continue without interruption, VFS Global said.

For applicants applying to Croatia, Denmark, Malta, Finland, Iceland, Slovenia, Norway, and Sweden, the last day at Shivaji Stadium is 9 January. Applications will be accepted at KG Marg from 12 January, while passport collection will continue at the old centre until 16 January. From 19 January, all services for these missions will operate from the new KG Marg location.

For another set of countries, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Malta (MES), and the Netherlands, operations at Shivaji Stadium will end on 16 January. All services will resume at KG Marg starting 19 January.

The updated arrangement means that individuals scheduled to submit documents, attend biometrics or collect passports for these missions in New Delhi must now do so at the new address shared by VFS Global.

The relocation aligns with similar moves for other missions earlier this month, including the Austria Visa Application Centre in Mumbai, which shifted its operations from its previous location to a new address in Mahalaxmi, affecting Austria visa applicants from January 2 2026.
