Ranchi: Jharkhand Leader of Opposition Babulal Marandi has made serious allegations against Jharkhand Police over the safe release of two children, Ansh and Anshika, who were kidnapped from Dhurwa in Ranchi. Babulal has claimed that the children were recovered by Bajrang Dal workers but Jharkhand Police is not even taking their names.

Babulal said that the courage with which Bajrang Dal workers Sachin Prajapati, Dablu Sahu, Sunny and their colleagues recovered the children from Chitarpur in Ramgarh is praiseworthy. By looking at these pictures, one can easily understand the gap between reality and rhetoric, what is the truth and how some policemen are making a poor attempt to grab all the applause by serving it.

Babulal said that after watching today’s press conference of the police, a few questions arise. The police patted themselves on the back, but did not even say a few words to encourage these Bajrang Dal youth who recovered them. Now there will be a competition to take credit and prizes will be distributed to the desired people.

Marandi demanded that the police should correct its mistake and call these youth and honor them, so that people come forward to help in future also. Eating away the identity and hard work of others is a ‘middleman culture’ and should be avoided.

Taking aim at Hemant Soren, Babulal said that even the Chief Minister, who has praised the administration, seems that the officials have not given him the correct information. They should also amend their social media posts after finding out the ground truth and give respect to the real heroes.
