Young people dreaming of a government job have a golden opportunity. The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has announced recruitment for Development Assistant and Development Assistant Hindi positions. The online application process for this recruitment has started and will continue until February 3, 2026.  Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can fill out the form online through the official website nabard.org within the stipulated date.

What are the eligibility criteria?
To participate in this recruitment, candidates must have a graduate degree in any stream from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 50% marks.
Candidates should also know about word processing (on a computer).
As of January 1, 2026, the candidate's minimum age should be 21 years, and the maximum age should not exceed 35 years. That is, the candidate should not have been born before January 2, 1991, or after January 1, 2005.

Candidates belonging to reserved categories will be given age relaxation.

To fill out the application form, first visit the official portal ibpsreg.ibps.in/nabhindec25/.
On the website's homepage, click on "Click here for New Registration" and fill in the required details to register.
After that, fill in the other details to complete the form.
Upload your photograph and signature.
Submit the form after paying the prescribed application fee.
Afterward, take a printout of the form and keep it safe.
The last date for taking a printout is February 18.

Application Fee
Along with filling out the application form, candidates from all other categories will have to pay a fee of Rs. 550. The fee for SC, ST, and PwBD categories is Rs. 100. Staff members can fill out the form for this recruitment free of charge. How will the selection be made?
For selection in this recruitment, candidates will have to participate in the preliminary and main examinations. Candidates who successfully clear these exams will then have to participate in a language proficiency test. Candidates who are successful in all stages will be included in the final list.
