A huge events agency has gone into administration. The award-winning agency, Noble Events, was acquired one year ago, by veSpace. VeSpace is an event management and venue sourcing agency. Noble Events is known for delivering product launches for brands including Aston Martin and Porsche. It also delivers media and PR events incentives.

VeSpace acquired Noble Events out of administration in February 2025. At the time veSpace said: "Their culture, ethos and team spirit absolutely echo our own brand values. Under the veSpace umbrella, Noble Events will have continuity of service for their clients and security for the talented team members."

However, veSpace has now placed the company into administration, according to companies house.

Penny Noble is now joining asembl. alongside four of her Noble Events colleagues, reports Conference News.

She said: "I am truly delighted to be joining Gavin, Adam, and the asembl. team. I have long since admired the sheer tenacity and energy Gav brings to the industry and have been incredibly impressed by the quality of the asembl.group agencies - they deserve their "disruptor" rating, and I look forward to contributing to the growth of the agency along with my colleagues who are joining me on this journey."

Gavin Farley, CEO of asembl.group, added: "I've known Penny for many years and have always admired what she built and the way she operates. She is someone who brings experience, integrity, and a spark into any room, and it's genuinely an honour to welcome her into the asembl. family."

He added: "Alongside Penny, join Alice, Katie, Kate, and Hannah, each bringing real strength in their own disciplines, and together they significantly elevate our team."

Aston Martin was founded in 1913 by Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford, Aston Martin is acknowledged as an iconic global brand synonymous with style, luxury, performance, and exclusivity.

Porsche first began in 1931 when Ferdinand Porsche's engineering office opened at Kronenstr. 24, Stuttgart, at the height of the global financial crisis.
