Honor Magic 8 Pro Air during the 2026 launch event held by tech company Honor in China smartphone has been launched. Along with this, Magic 8 RSR Porsche Design has also been launched. Honor’s new Magic 8 series handsets are available for sale on the company’s website in the country. The new Magic 8 Pro Air will be available for purchase in four color options. While the Magic 8 RSR Porsche Design is available for purchase in two colors.

Honor Magic 8 Pro Air base variant 12GB+256GB configuration will cost CNY 4,999 i.e. around Rs 65,000. The 12GB RAM and 512GB storage variant is priced at CNY 5,299 which is around Rs 69,000 and the 16GB RAM and 512GB storage variant is priced at CNY 5,599 which is around Rs 73,000. While the top-of-the-line configuration 16GB RAM and 1TB storage variant is priced at CNY 5,999 which is around Rs 78,000.
The Honor Magic 8 RSR Porsche Design base variant 16GB+512GB is priced at CNY 7,999 in China which is around Rs 1,04,000. While the top-end 24GB RAM and 1TB storage variant is priced at CNY 8,999 which is around Rs 1,17,000. The Magic 8 RSR Porsche Design is available for purchase in Moonlight Stone and Slate Grey. Honor Magic 8 Pro Air supports one physical and one eSIM. The phone is based on Android 16-based MagicOS 10. It features a 6.31-inch (1,216×2,640 pixels) OLED display, with up to 120Hz refresh rate, 460 ppi pixel density, 1.07 billion colors, up to 6,000 nits peak brightness and support for HDR content. The phone is equipped with an octa core MediaTek Dementia 9500 chipset. It has a Mali G1-Ultra MC12 GPU, up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of onboard storage.
The Honor Magic 8 Pro Air has a triple rear camera unit. It comes with a 50-megapixel (f/1.6) main shooter with optical image stabilization. It also has a 50-megapixel (f/2.2) ultrawide camera on the back and a 64-megapixel (f/2.6) periscope telephoto camera. The Magic 8 Pro Air has a 50-megapixel (f/2.0) front-facing camera for selfies and video calling.
For connectivity the device also has 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, a USB Type-C port, BeiDou, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS and NavIC. The list of onboard sensors includes an accelerometer, a proximity sensor, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner for security, a hall sensor, an IR blaster, an e-compass, a gyroscope, a gravity sensor and a color temperature sensor. Honor Magic 8 Pro Air has a 5,500mAh battery. Which has 80W wired and 50W wireless fast charging support. The company claims that these handsets will be launched with IP68 + IP69 ratings for protection against dust and water.
The Honor Magic 8 RSR Porsche Design is a dual SIM phone that runs on Android 16-based MagicOS 10.
