Nowadays, a scary news is spreading like wildfire on different platforms of social media. It is being claimed that on August 12, 2016, gravity on Earth will end for 7 seconds. There will be huge destruction on earth. Everything will start floating in the air. It is also being said that the American space agency NASA is hiding this information from the world. The claim also alleges that NASA had launched 'Project Anchor' (Project Anchor) has started a secret mission, on which 89 billion US dollars (i.e. more than Rs 8 lakh crore) are being spent. There is no mission named 'Project Anchor' in NASA's records, which is investigating gravitational stopping. NASA itself has rejected this claim and said that nothing like this is going to happen.
According to NASA scientists, actually a total solar eclipse is going to occur on that day. This is a common astronomical phenomenon, which will be visible in countries like Greenland, Iceland and Spain. Scientists have said that there is no need to pay attention to any such rumours. There is no danger to humans from this eclipse.
