In this video going viral, it is seen that the therapist is standing in the bedroom and making a video of the client, which Shehnaz protested against. Then the matter escalated so much that both of them started fighting. In the video, Shehnaz is seen throwing the therapist on the bed, while the therapist is holding her hair.
Shehnaz's 18-year-old son was recording this entire incident. In the video he can be heard saying, this mad woman is entering my house and killing my mother. I will call the police. Your career will be over.
Victim Shehnaz alleges that the therapist not only pulled her hair but also tried to gouge her eyes and pushed her on the ground. It is being told that the police have registered a case against the therapist.
The therapist from 'Urban Company', a home based service platform, had come to do the massage, but when the therapist arrived for the massage, the woman canceled her session.
