4 slices of bread
1 cup of mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Sejwan Sauce
1/4 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup grated ganj
2 tbsp green mint chutney

the method
In a bowl, mix well 1/4 cup shredded cabbage, 1/4 cup grated coriander, 1 cup mayonnaise and salt to taste. Now keep this mixture in three separate containers. Mix 2 tbsp of Sejwan sauce in one. 2 tbsp green chutney in another. Keep mixture number three as it is.
Now apply butter on bread slices. Spread the green chutney mixture on the first slice. Place another slice on it. Now pour the plain mixture on top. Put another slice of bread on top with Sejwan sauce. Now cut from the middle and serve. But you can make this tricolor sandwich by cutting the sandwich shape in advance.
Teranga Lassi
Materials
Two tablespoons of saffron syrup (for ocher color)
Three cups of sour yogurt (for white color)
Two Tablespoons Khus Syrup (for green color)
One tablespoon of cardamom powder
Three tablespoons of sugar

First, whisk the sour curd well. Mix equal amount of cardamom powder and sugar in it. Now mix some kesar syrup with whipped curd. You will get ocher color. And to get the green color, mix it with the rest of the curd and add Khus syrup.

Now take a nice glass. First fill it one third with green curd. After that add the same amount of white curd. Finally, add ocher colored sour curd. In fact, three colors in one glass.
