Today we are telling the recipe of making one such healthy laddu, which requires neither sugar nor jaggery. It is completely plant based and besides being rich in calcium, it also tastes amazing.

Ingredients

Flax seeds – 250 grams
Pumpkin seeds- 250 grams
Sunflower seeds- 250 grams
Black sesame seeds – 50 grams
Moringa powder- 2 teaspoons
Dates- 8-9
White sesame – 100 grams
Melon seeds – 200 grams
Cardamom powder- 1 teaspoon

Method of preparation

First of all, lightly roast all the seeds.
After they cool down, put them in a mixer jar and blend them.
When the seeds are ground well, add pitted dates and blend again.
Take out the prepared mixture in a bowl.
Now add 2 spoons of Moringa powder and 1 spoon of cardamom powder and mix well.
Apply some ghee on your hands and shape the mixture into laddus.
Laddus can be stored in an airtight container for months.
