22 Kids and Counting star Noel Radford has sparked concern after his wife, Sue Radford, revealed he had become sick and is "really not feeling well". Sue shared the update on social media while enjoying a cup of tea, checking in with her legions of devoted followers. Alongside the snap, the mum-of-22 explained she was squeezing in a quick coffee before heading back to school to watch daughter Bonnie's class showcase, followed by a hair appointment later in the day.

However, she revealed plans had slightly changed at home, writing that "poor Noel has come down with a bug so he's really not feeling well".

Fans were quick to rally around the Radford patriarch, flooding the comments with messages of support. One wrote: "Hope Noel is better soon." Another added: "Get well soon, Noel, enjoy ur pampering, Sue."(sic) A third chimed in: "Oh, no hope feels better soon!"

Channel 5 also jumped into the comments with excitement, posting: "WE ARE SO BACK!" as hype continues to build for the family's TV return. Viewers were clearly buzzing, with one fan replying: "OMG, yay!!! My birthday is February 1, so I'm even more excited for this xxx." (sic)

Sue, Noel and 19 of their children call Lancashire's coastal town of Morecambe home and live in a 10-bedroom former care home that has been renovated to accommodate all the children. The property's enormous garden boasts an outdoor bar and cinema as well as a £27,000 swimming pool. However, recently the family have dealt with issues after their neighbour removed their skip.

Sue shared: "When your next-door neighbour rings up and has your skip removed when you aren't even finished with it."

The family has lived in the home since 2004 and has had extensive renovations done on the property after the TV couple paid only £240,000 for it when they originally bought it.

These days the Radfords are enjoying the perks of being Britain's largest family, as they pulled their kids out of school to take them on a £52,000 trip to Disney World in Florida.

Noel and Sue Radford enjoyed a sun-soaked extravaganza in the Sunshine State to celebrate the mum's 50th birthday in April last year, but were found guilty of failing to ensure regular attendance at school for four of their children between March 24 and May 1, 2025, at Preston Magistrates Court. The parents were whacked with a £65 fine for each child on top of £118 worth of court costs.
