CSIR UGC NET December Result: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the results of the Joint CSIR UGC NET December 2025 examination on its official website csirnet.nta.nic.in. The scorecards have been published after the final answer key was finalized and the objections raised by the candidates were reviewed.

The Joint CSIR UGC NET December 2025 examination was conducted in computer-based mode across the country. The exam was held on December 18, 2025, in two shifts at 220 examination centers across India. The examination was conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode and a total of 2,12,552 candidates registered for the five subjects. The exam included questions from five subjects: Life Sciences, Earth and Environmental Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, and Physical Sciences.

Gender-wise breakdown of candidates:
Of the registered candidates, 1,25,748 were women, 86,801 were men, and 3 were from the third gender. The number of candidates who actually appeared for the exam was 1,54,080, including 93,193 women, 60,886 men, and 1 from the third gender. Gender | Registered | Appeared
