According to the details shared by the NTA on its X account, the UGC NET Result 2025 Dec will be declared on February 4, 2026.
The results will be released online on the NTA's official website, ugcnet.nta.nic.in, from where candidates can check their results and download their scorecard by entering their login credentials.

Step 1: As soon as the UGC NET 2025 December result is released, first visit the official website ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: On the website's homepage, click on the link related to the result in the latest news section.
Step 3: After that, log in by entering your application number, date of birth, and the given security pin.
Step 4: Now the result will open on the screen, from where you can check it and also download your scorecard.

Along with the result, the NTA will also release the cutoff marks. The cutoff will be released separately for each category. Candidates who secure the prescribed cutoff marks will be considered qualified for the examination.
Candidates will qualify under three categories in this examination. In the first category, candidates will be eligible for JRF and appointment as Assistant Professor. In the second category, candidates will be considered qualified for Assistant Professor and admission to PhD programs. The third category will provide eligibility for admission to PhD programs.
