The busy road is closed after a car struck a tree.

A car left the carriageway and hit a tree at approximately 7.30pm on Monday, February 2.

The A1 in Bedfordshire is closed northbound between the A1(M)/A507 and the A6001 Biggleswade (north) as Bedfordshire Police carry out investigation work.
