Hair Care Tips: In today’s time, hair fall has become a common problem due to pollution, bad lifestyle and stress. Instead of expensive chemical products available in the market, flax seeds present in your kitchen are the cheapest and effective way to strengthen hair roots and promote new growth.
Everyone wants beautiful, thick and black hair, but due to changing weather and use of chemicals, hair gradually starts losing its shine. If you are also troubled by seeing your hair getting entangled in the comb, then flax seeds can be useful for you. These are considered superfoods but they are no less than a magic gel for hair.
Flax seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E and fiber. Omega-3 nourishes the scalp, which strengthens the hair roots and prevents hair fall. Vitamin E maintains the shine of hair by fighting free radicals.
Making flaxseed gel is very easy. Add two teaspoons of flax seeds to a cup of water and boil it on low flame until the water becomes thick and sticky (gel-like). Now filter it through a cotton cloth or strainer while it is still hot. After cooling this gel is ready to use.

Add one spoon of coconut oil or olive oil to this gel. Apply it from the roots to the ends of the hair. After keeping it for 30-40 minutes, wash with a mild shampoo.
After shampooing, you can also apply this gel as a natural conditioner, which will keep the hair silky and smooth.
If you do not have time to make gel, then soak flax seeds in water overnight and wash your hair with that water in the morning. It balances the pH level of the scalp and reduces the problem of dandruff.
If you have any kind of infection or severe allergy on your scalp, then do a patch test before use. Try this remedy at least 4-5 times a month for best results.
