Materials:

  • parents
  • curd
  • salt
  • Onion
  • Oil
  • Garlic
  • red pepper
  • cumin
  • Turmeric
  • Red chillies
  • garam masala
  • salt
  • Coriander

Action:

  • To prepare spinach salad, firstly, wash the spinach three times with clean water. Then finely chop the spinach.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, minced garlic, minced onion and fry till they turn red.
  • After the onion is cooked, add asafoetida, turmeric, mix it and add finely chopped spinach to it and take out a steam.
  • After the spinach is cooked, add salt, red chillies, garam masala as per taste and switch off the flame.
  • After turning off the heat, add curd and chopped coriander and mix well.
