IIT Kanpur AI Course: If you want to learn Artificial Intelligence (AI) skills in a short time, there's good news for you. You can learn AI skills in just 45 days from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur. For this, IIT Kanpur has launched an Applied Data Science and Machine Intelligence (AIML) short course. This course is completely online. This means you can learn AI skills from the comfort of your home in 45 days. This course will run between June 1st and July 15th.

What does the course include?
IIT Kanpur's AI short course covers the fundamental principles of machine learning, deep learning algorithms, language models, and GenAI applications. It includes over 50 hours of learning and more than 10 hands-on projects.

Applications for this course can be submitted online. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official link iitk.ac.in/oa/events/2025-26/next-generation–AI. The application process has already started. Applications for the early bird category can be submitted until February 28, 2026. Normal registration can be done until May 10, 2026.

Regarding fees, the fee for IIT Kanpur alumni is between Rs. 18,000 and Rs. 24,000. For non-IIT Kanpur students, the fee is between Rs. 18,000 and Rs. 28,000. Similarly, the fee for IIT Kanpur working professors or academics is up to Rs. 31,000. For non-IIT Kanpur working professionals or academics, the fee is up to Rs. 36,000. This includes GST.
