Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi is continuously raising issues regarding the book of the country's former Army Chief MM Naravane. Whenever Rahul Gandhi raised the issue related to the border dispute with China in the book in Parliament, he was not allowed to speak. Now outside the Parliament, Rahul brought the book of the former Army Chief. Waving the book in the air, he said that this book is available abroad. The Congress leader also said that when PM Modi comes to Parliament, I will gift him this book.

Rahul Gandhi said, "I feel that this (General Naravane's book) is available abroad. This book has been published abroad. Whereas the government is not allowing it to be published here. I feel the same. The book is available."

Guess where the book would have come from: Rahul

On the question of where did you get the book from, Rahul Gandhi said, "You can guess where this book might have come from. Just imagine where it might have come from."

In his long post on social media platform He also said that this book is not of any opposition leader. This book is not even by any foreign author. Rather, this is the book of the country's former army chief General Naravane. The only surprising thing is that this book does not exist according to the cabinet ministers.”

'PM Modi made the Army Chief wait'

Referring to the book, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi further mentioned in the post, it is clearly written in this book that when the Chinese army had entered our border, and at such a critical time the Army Chief was made to wait. And when the time came to take a decision, the Prime Minister simply said – do whatever you feel is right.

Attacking the Modi government regarding the country's security, Rahul Gandhi said, "That is, in the most serious crisis of the country's security, Modi ji has given up political responsibility. General Naravane himself writes that at that time he felt that the political leadership had left the army alone."

Rahul Gandhi's statement is not right: Athawale

Referring to not being allowed to speak in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi said, "This is the truth that I am being stopped from speaking in the Parliament. The country is asking questions to the government and the government is running away from answering."

Meanwhile, Union Minister Ramdas Athawale said on the book issue, "He can give whatever copy he wants. It is not right to have such a role. Rahul's statement is not right. As the leader of the opposition, he should not make such a statement. Narendra Modi will come to the House and Narendra Modi will give his speech."

Earlier, when Rahul Gandhi tried to raise the border dispute with China during his speech in Parliament, he was stopped from speaking. The ruling party MPs created a ruckus and then he could not complete his speech. After Monday, yesterday also on Tuesday, when he got a chance to speak in the Lok Sabha again, he again raised the issue of China. MPs from the ruling party started opposing it. The Speaker also did not allow him to speak and due to this the Parliament proceedings had to be adjourned for the day.
