The new trailer for Ready or Not 2: Here I Come reveals that Grace’s nightmare didn’t end with the destruction of the Le Domas family.
The sequel picks up just moments after the events of the 2019 horror hit proving the deadly game is far from over.
Samara Weaving returns as Grace who wakes up on a golf course still wearing her blood-soaked wedding dress.
She quickly realises she’s handcuffed to her estranged sister Faith played by Kathryn Newton and that powerful new enemies are already closing in.
Rather than a single wealthy family Grace is now being hunted by the heads of four rival council families all determined to eliminate her and claim control.
Faith who is understandably shaken and furious struggles to process the chaos she’s been dragged into. Grace, however, is locked in.
If she survives she doesn’t just escape she wins everything.
According to the official synopsis from Searchlight Pictures:
“Moments after surviving an all-out attack from the Le Domas family, Grace (Samara Weaving) discovers she’s reached the next level of the nightmarish game — and this time with her estranged sister Faith (Kathryn Newton) at her side. Grace has one chance to survive, keep her sister alive, and claim the High Seat of the Council that controls the world. Four rival families are hunting her for the throne, and whoever wins rules it all.”
One standout moment teases a face-off between Weaving and Sarah Michelle Gellar, a clash between two horror icons that fans are already buzzing about.
Radio Silence directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett return with Guy Busick and R. Christopher Murphy once again writing the script.
The cast also includes Shawn Hatosy, Néstor Carbonell, David Cronenberg, and Elijah Wood.
Ready or Not 2: Here I Come hits theatres on March 20, 2026 and if the trailer is any indication Grace’s deadliest game is only just beginning.
