Reiterating his resolve, the CM said that there will never be any shortage of funds for the development of rural areas. He said that this foundation stone is not just a symbol of bricks and stones, but a strong foundation for the confidence, facilities and better life of the citizens of the area.

CM further said that the urban glow of Delhi and the traditional culture of villages breathe together in Matiala. Therefore, work will be done on every front for its all-round development. Basic infrastructure will be strengthened, roads will be built, work will be done on drinking water system and special attention will also be given to cleanliness.
Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said that in the last one year, Matiala has seen rapid expansion of many public facilities like Ayushman Arogya Mandir, Atal Canteen. Now through this budget, our government is moving towards comprehensive rejuvenation of this area.
CM Rekha Gupta told in the program that Delhi Government will organize programs from February 8 to March 2, in which there will be programs of foundation stone laying and inauguration of schemes. Along with this, the government will also give its 1 year report card. From February 8, Delhi government is starting the foundation stone laying ceremony and inaugurating many projects.
He told that on February 8, 500 EV buses will be dedicated to the people of Delhi at Ramlila Maidan. Many government schemes will be dedicated to the people of Delhi every day till the 20th. The government's report card will be presented among the people of Delhi on 21st February. On 22nd, the government will go among the public and give them its report card and give information about the work done in one year. CM Rekha Gupta said that the country is continuously progressing under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
On this occasion, a large number of dignitaries of the area including area MP Kamaljit Sehrawat, MLA Sandeep Sehrawat, Councilor Anuradha Sharma, Ram Niwas, Najafgarh Zone MCD Chairman Savita Sharma ji, former District President Ramesh Shaukhanda ji were present.
