Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor invited the late convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein and four women to a private dinner at Buckingham Palace while the late Queen was away, it is claimed.

The Mail on Sunday and The Sun report that emails in the Epstein files show the former prince and the disgraced American discussing the dinner in 2010, which was after Epstein had already served a sentence for child sex offences.

The dinner was reportedly attended by Andrew, Epstein and four women, including a young Romanian model. It is believed the late Queen was at Balmoral Castle at the time.

It is not known what happened at the September 2010 dinner but the publications say emails suggest Andrew had enjoyed himself.

When Epstein later wrote to Andrew saying "great fun, more later", the former Duke of York is reported to have replied: "Yes please!"

It is believed only three women were expected to attend the dinner with Epstein and Andrew that night, however an email in the Epstein files shows Epstein asked the former duke on September 27, 2010, to add one more to the list, calling her "Romanian, very cute".

The Mail on Sunday reports that Andrew replied "no problem".

After the reported dinner, which came about after Epstein asked Andrew to meet somewhere with privacy, the Romanian woman thanked Epsten for the "once-in-a-lifetime experience".

Epstein was seen to reply: "You were perfect and Andrew thought beautiful. No man looks at your clothes, they see through them."

Being mentioned in the Epstein files does not indicate any wrongdoing.

Andrew has always strongly denied any wrongdoing and accusations against him in relation to Jeffrey Epstein.
