Prostitution racket was hidden in the beauty salon (Bhilwara Spa Se. racket)
During the raid, five girls and four youths, including a girl from Thailand, were arrested. Superintendent of Police Dharmendra Singh said that information was received from the informer that illegal activities were being conducted in the said spa under the guise of body massage. There was also information about the involvement of foreign girls. After this, Nirbhaya Squad and a special team of women police were formed under the leadership of Pratapnagar Police Station Officer Rajpal Singh under the direction of CO City Sajjan Singh. Under the scheme, a constable was sent to the spa by posing as a bogus customer. There, Rs 500 was taken in the name of body massage at the reception. After this the girl present inside demanded Rs 1500 for additional services. As soon as the signal was received, the police team raided the spa and took all the accused into custody from the spot.
9 arrested including Thai girl
Police arrested Ramratan Kumawat, spa operator, Jagdish Prajapat, helper, Parag Chaturvedi, hotel employee, resident of Gwalior, Kailashchandra Jat, resident of Danthal. Apart from this, five girls were arrested under the Beating Act. Of these, one is from Thailand, three from New Delhi and one from Udaipur. Parag Chaturvedi and Kailashchandra Jat were present at the spa as customers. According to the police, the spa operator was running prostitution under the guise of body massage. Massage fees were charged separately, while additional amounts were charged for other services. The police have taken all the accused into custody and started intensive interrogation. Besides, the role of other people associated with this network is also being investigated.
