Investigation has been intensified in the firing case outside the Juhu house of famous Bollywood filmmaker Rohit Shetty in Maharashtra. Now Mumbai Police will investigate this case on the angle of Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act (MCOCA). Police suspect that this incident may not have been caused by local miscreants but by an organized crime gang.

Actually, Mumbai Police has arrested five miscreants in this case. But the main shooter has not been arrested yet. Police claim that continuous efforts are being made to arrest the shooter. At the same time, the police has now added sections of MCOCA (Maharashtra Organized Crime Control Act) in this whole matter so that the accused under serious crimes can be thoroughly investigated and later they can be punished.

Let us tell you that in the late night of 31st January and early morning of 1st February, unknown assailants had fired 4-5 rounds of bullets outside Rohit Shetty Tower house in Juhu. There was a stir after this incident. Police reached the spot after the incident. Although there were no casualties in the incident, panic spread in the area. The crime branch started investigating the case. After this, the police arrested a total of 5 people one after the other. The police are interrogating the accused one by one.

Asaram was influenced by Shubham Lonkar

Police investigation revealed that the weapon that was used for firing was supplied by a garage mechanic, whom the police considered the accused. Mechanic Asaram Fasale was associated with Lawrence Bishnoi gang for some time. Investigation revealed that he was greatly influenced by Shubham Lonkar. Lonkar is the mastermind of the Baba Siddiqui murder case and is a close member of Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The police have added the name of the gang to the investigation. Police believe that this weapon was first given to a fellow accused and then the same weapon went to the attacker. After which firing was done at Rohit Shetty's house.

Digital evidence shown in investigation

Police investigation revealed that the accused had talked to each other on a secure messaging app named 'Signal', so that the conversations remained hidden from others. The police is now trying to recover those deleted chats and recorded messages also, so that the entire conspiracy can be understood. Also, the mastermind behind the conspiracy, who is still hiding behind the scenes, can be traced.
