A painful road accident took place on Jintur-Jalna road in Parbhani district of Maharashtra. An Ertiga car going from Gangakhed to Ujjain collided with the abutment of the bridge of Akoli river. In which four youths traveling in the car died on the spot, while two others were injured. Police arrived on information and admitted the injured to the hospital, while the bodies were sent for post-mortem.
According to the information received, all these young devotees were going to Ujjain by car for Devdarshan. His car met with a horrific accident at around 12:15 pm on Wednesday night at Akoli bridge near Jintur town. According to the police, at the time of the incident, driver Abhijeet Shingade lost control of the car, due to which the accident occurred. The collision was so severe that the front part of the car was completely damaged.
Rohan Sanjay Rathod (28), Balaji Ashroba Oti (26), Abhijeet Shingade (27) and Balaji Ghorpade (28) died in the accident. Another person including Ganesh Gopal Rokde has been injured and is undergoing treatment in the hospital. After the accident, there is an atmosphere of mourning in Gangakhed and surrounding areas. The police have sent the body to the hospital for post-mortem. In this regard, the police say that the dead bodies have been taken into custody and sent for post-mortem. The injured are undergoing treatment in the hospital. Initial investigation has revealed that this accident occurred due to the driver losing control of the car.
As soon as information about the incident was received, Jintur police reached the spot and took the injured to the hospital. In this matter, the police have registered a case and started investigation.
