UP Board Exam: UP Board exams are scheduled to begin on February 18th. Special preparations are underway for the exams. All preparations have been made for the exams.

An important meeting was held on Thursday at IIM-T College in Knowledge Park, Greater Noida. This meeting was called regarding the UP Board Class 10 and 12 exams, which are scheduled to begin on February 18th. District Magistrate Medha Rupam chaired the meeting. Several police and administrative officials were present.

Center administrators, static magistrates, sector magistrates, and zonal magistrates from the district's 60 examination centers also participated in the meeting. Clear instructions were given to ensure the exams are conducted in a completely peaceful and fair manner.

Strong rooms will be monitored 24 hours a day

The District Magistrate directed the preparation of strong rooms at all examination centers. He stated that question papers and answer sheets will be kept safe in the strong rooms. These rooms will be monitored 24 hours a day by CCTV cameras.

He strictly instructed officials that any laxity or negligence would not be tolerated. It should be ensured that all officers and employees involved in the examination report to their duties on time. Delays or absences will be taken seriously.

Special Emphasis on the Double Locking System

In the meeting, the District Magistrate directed special attention to the arrangement of four double-locked cabinets in the strong room. He instructed that the opening and closing procedures for these cabinets should be strictly in accordance with the rules.

On the day of the examination, the presence of the center administrator, co-center administrator, and static magistrate will be required before opening the question paper envelope. No envelope will be opened without their presence. Keys will also be maintained as per the rules.

Necessary Facilities at Examination Centers

DM Medha Rupam directed that cleanliness be maintained around the examination centers. She said that students should not face any inconvenience. Responsibility for drinking water, first aid facilities, and clean toilets should be assigned at all centers.

In addition, police were instructed to maintain peace outside the examination centers during the examination. To prevent any crowding or disorder. An additional police force will be deployed if necessary.

Over 42,000 Students Will Appear

District School Inspector Rajesh Kumar Singh informed that approximately 42,917 students from the district will participate in the UP Board Examination 2026. These include students in grades 10 and 12.

He stated that a total of 60 examination centers have been set up in the district. Preparations at all centers are almost complete. Arrangements have been made for the security of question papers, seating arrangements, and supervision.

Emphasis on Conducting a Fair Examination

The meeting clearly stated that the examination will be conducted in a completely transparent manner. Strict measures will be taken to prevent cheating or any kind of malpractice.

Officials were instructed to take immediate action on any complaints during the examination. If any irregularities are reported, the concerned officer will be held responsible.
