NEET PG 2025 Counseling: The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has begun the registration process for the stray vacancy round to fill the remaining All India Quota (AIQ) seats. Candidates can apply by visiting the official website, mcc.nic.in. The MCC has also uploaded the list of candidates admitted through Round 3 on the portal.
Counseling Process to Continue Until February 28
According to the MCC, the final counseling process will run from February 16 to February 28. Registration will be open from February 16 to 18. Candidates will be able to fill their preferred colleges and courses from February 16 to 19. Choice locking will be available on February 19 from 4:00 PM to 11:55 PM.
Seat Allocation Results to be Released on February 21
The seat allocation process will be completed on February 20, and the final seat allocation results will be declared on February 21. Candidates who receive a seat will be required to report to the respective institute between February 22nd and 28th to complete the admission process.
As per the final figures for Round 3, 10,084 new seats were allocated, while 8,589 candidates received upgrades. MCC has released a 1,959-page list of candidates admitted through Round 3.

Candidates are advised to adhere to all deadlines and complete the entire process on time, as this is the final stage.
NRI candidates had until today to change their category.
In a separate notice, MCC gave candidates until 4 pm today to change their category from Indian to NRI for the stray vacancy round. Candidates were required to send the required documents by 4 pm on February 16th to the email address nri.adgmemcc1@gmail.com. A total of 1,666 candidates have changed their category from Indian to NRI in the first three rounds.
