A cup of flour
A pinch of salt
Water as needed

One cup of curdled milk (water squeezed out)
Half a cup of finely chopped onion
One spoon of ginger-garlic paste
Two teaspoons of finely chopped coriander
Half a teaspoon of pepper powder
Salt to taste

First of all mix flour and salt in a bowl adding little water and knead soft dough. Cover the dough and keep aside for at least fifteen to twenty minutes.
Grate the milk and squeeze out the excess water properly. This water must be removed, otherwise the manure may become diluted.
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste and onion and saute lightly. When the onion becomes transparent, add grated milk and saute for two to three minutes.
After that add salt, pepper powder and coriander and mix well. Turn off the gas and let the saran cool completely.
Knead the kneaded dough once again and make small balls of it. Thin puri waves of each pill.
Put milk curd in the center of each puri and shape the momos by bringing the edges together. Prepare all the momos in the same way.
Heat water in a steamer and place momos on it and steam for 15-20 minutes. Once the momos are cooked, they become slightly translucent in color.
