At this time, children remain a little distracted and parents also feel a little stressed. In such a situation, some healthy drinks along with proper eating habits and adequate sleep can help in reducing stress and increasing focus of children. Today we will tell you some easy and nutritious drinks, which you can make at home. Which will also help in keeping children relaxed.

almond milk

Peel and grind 5-6 soaked almonds. Mix in a glass of lukewarm milk. You can add some honey for taste. It is better to give it before sleeping at night. Helpful in increasing memory and concentration.

Banana and Date Shake

Blend 1 ripe banana, 2-3 deseeded dates, a glass of milk. Give in the morning before studies or during break. It gives instant energy and removes fatigue. Mix Fruit Smoothie: Apple, papaya, strawberry or whatever seasonal fruits. Blend curd or milk with a little honey and serve chilled. Rich in vitamins and antioxidants, strengthens immunity.

Carrot-Beetroot Juice

1 carrot, ½ beetroot, some lemon juice. Take out the juice and drink it immediately. It is helpful in removing anemia and supplying oxygen to the brain. It is beneficial to give coconut water in the morning on the exam day. Keeps the body hydrated and reduces fatigue.

Cocoa-Almond Drink

Mix one glass of milk, 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, a little almond powder and heat it lightly. It improves mood and reduces stress.

  2. Provide adequate water.
  3. Seven to eight hours of sleep is necessary.
