According to the portal, if you are among those depositors who have been informed about deficiencies in their claims or have been informed about non-payment, then this information is very important for you. All such depositors are requested to re-submit their claims on the resubmission portal by removing the deficiencies mentioned.
Key points related to resubmission
At present, the process of resubmission of claims up to Rs 10 lakh is going on. Once you resubmit your claim correctly, it will be processed within 45 working days. This entire process is being done in a digital and transparent manner.
Claims up to Rs 50,000 processed so far
The applications submitted in the CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal have been processed and payment of Rs 50,000 or less per application has been made to eligible depositors whose claims can be verified. Depositors whose claims could not be verified due to deficiencies have been sent deficiency messages through “CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal”.
This CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal (Resubmission) has been launched for resubmission of claims after rectification of deficiencies. These depositors can correct the deficiencies in each of their deficient claims and resubmit their claims for further processing through the resubmission portal, which has been gradually opened for the deficient depositors to manage the load on the portal.
The portal will process the resubmitted claim within 45 working days of resubmission of online claim. Depositors are requested to resubmit all the deficiency claims relating to the four societies in the resubmission application form. Only claims resubmitted online through the portal will be considered. For this you can directly go to this link: https://mocresubmit.crcs.gov.in/resubmission/#/home
