2 cups wheat flour
1 cup spinach puree
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste

First, wash the spinach and chop it finely. Then add some water in the mixer and prepare its puree.
Add wheat flour, salt, spinach puree and little water in a bowl and mix everything together and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough for 10-15 minutes.
Make small balls of equal size of the dough.
Dip each ball in dry batter and roll into round and thin chapatis.
Fry the chapatis on a hot griddle till they puff up on both sides and turn light brown. Don’t forget to oil the chapatis while roasting.
