YouTube is preparing to add two amazing features to its Remix Gallery for content creators. Now, you won't need to spend hours trying to add or change something to your video.

Add Object: Add your favorite elements to your video
This feature allows you to add AI-generated objects to any 8-second Shorts clip. For example, if you're walking in the park, you can add a dinosaur or a flying car behind you with the help of AI. No third-party apps are required.

Reimagine: A New World from a Frame
This tool will transform a simple frame from Shorts into a completely new AI video.

How it works
You simply need to type a prompt (e.g., "Show it on Mars"). You can also upload two photos for reference. YouTube will also provide suggested prompts to make your work easier.

Creators' rights are also addressed.
YouTube has taken special care to ensure that original content creators are not harmed:

Credit Linking: AI-created remix videos will always be linked to the original video, ensuring the original creator receives recognition and traffic.

Control in your hands: If you don't want someone to create an AI remix of your video, you can disable standard remixing in Settings.

When will it arrive in India?
This feature is currently being tested only with English-language creators. If successful, it will be rolled out to Hindi and other Indian languages by the end of 2026. This move could significantly advance Shorts over Instagram Reels and TikTok.
