Rajpal Yadav’s name has been involved in check bounce case for the last few days. He had taken a loan to make his film which he could not repay. This matter reached the court and the actor had to surrender.
After surrendering, Rajpal stayed in Tihar jail for a few days. However, he has got bail and is out of jail. After coming out, the actor is constantly seen doing some update or the other. Now once again he was seen talking about this matter.
Regarding this matter, Rajpal Yadav said that no legal papers were signed while taking the loan. This was a loan given in friendship which he was going to repay gradually. The actor has told what happened to him in the court. He was seen saying that whatever story is going on has been created by the mother.
Rajpal Yadav told that he never shed tears in front of the judge and did not even say that he had no money. According to the actor, the claims being made on social media were completely fabricated and people who are not aware about it are presenting everything wrongly.
The actor said that do not believe the fabricated stories circulating on social media. Some of these are being spread by well-wishers while some are being spread by people who have no knowledge about the subject. This is how he is running his business and I respect everyone. There should be a wave of laughter after seeing Rajpal, why not expect more than this.
The actor told that many people from the industry have supported him in this difficult period. However, their names have not been revealed on social media. The actor also said that he has full support from his family.
The Governor has got final bail in this check bounce case. His lawyer told the High Court that the actor has submitted a demand draft of Rs 1.5 crore. The next hearing in this case has been kept on March 18.
