Last year, actress Ayesha Khan worked in the special song ‘Shararat’ of Aditya Dhar’s film ‘Dhurandhar’. Recently, she talked about the incident of being removed from a song because of her body shape. Along with this, she also mentioned the daily sexual comments and rape threats on Instagram.

In an interview, Ayesha told that when she was in 12th class, she was selected for the second lead role in a song of T-Series. But the night before the shoot, she was replaced by calling him ‘fat’.

When asked if she ever felt pressure to stay fit, she admitted that it took her time to gain confidence in her looks.

Ayesha said, “I get sexualized about my body almost every day on Instagram. I wear normal clothes, but people have a problem. I have to think before I post. It’s very sad that I have to go through this kind of thinking.”

She added, “Because you are a potential rapist, if you had the power or the ability to do what you are saying, you would have done it. It is scary that there are people like this around us. I receive rape threats every day.”


Ayesha Khan’s career

Ayesha started her career as a junior artiste and made her television debut with Ekta Kapoor’s production ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’. After this, she also appeared in ‘Baalveer Returns’. In 2022, he debuted in a supporting role in the Telugu film ‘Mukhachitram’.
