It is said that pre-orders for the MacBook Pro model will start by the end of this week. The laptop has been launched in two colors. The latest MacBook Pro (2026) features Apple’s M5 Max and M5 Pro processors. It has up to 64GB of RAM.

The 14-inch MacBook Pro (2026) with M5 Pro chip has been priced at Rs 2,49,900 for the 24GB RAM and 1TB storage option. The variant with the M5 Max chip has been priced at Rs 3,99,900. An additional Rs 20,000 will be required to purchase the 18-core CPU and 20-core GPU variants. The 48GB RAM variant will cost an additional Rs 40,000. The 16-inch MacBook Pro (2026) with the M5 Pro chip is priced at Rs 2,99,900. While the model with M5 Max processor is priced at Rs 4,29,900. Customers will have to spend an additional Rs 60,000 to buy the 64GB RAM variant. Customers will have to shell out an additional Rs 1,00,000 for the 4TB storage option. The MacBook Pro (2026) model with the top-of-the-line M5 Max processor with 18-core CPU and 40-core GPU will cost an extra Rs 50,000. The new MacBook Pro (2026) will be available for pre-order in India from March 4 on the Apple India Online Store. The laptop is available for purchase in Silver and Space Black color options.
The MacBook Pro (2026) features a 16.2-inch (3,456 x 2,234 pixels) Liquid Retina XDR Pro display, offering up to 1,600 nits peak brightness, 1 billion colors, P3 wide color gamut, up to 120Hz refresh rate, and a nano-texture upgrade option. The device features a 12-megapixel webcam with Apple’s Center Stage and Desk View support. It has up to 8TB SSD and up to 128GB RAM for internal storage.
The M5 Pro chip variant of the MacBook Pro (2026) features an 18-core CPU with six ‘super cores’ and 12 performance cores, a 20-core GPU, neural accelerator, hardware-accelerated ray tracing and a 16-core neural engine. The model with the M5 Max chip also features an 18-core CPU, a 40-core GPU and a Pro processor with the same configuration as the M5. Connectivity is supported by Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6 and Apple’s N1 networking chip.

The MacBook Pro (2026) has a 100Wh battery, which supports 140W wired fast charging via the USB Type-C port. The company claims that this laptop will provide up to 24 hours of video playback and up to 17 hours of web browsing over Wi-Fi. The device has an SDXC card slot, HDMI port, 3.5mm audio jack and two Thunderbolt 5 ports. It also features Apple’s backlit Magic Keyboard, ambient light sensor and Touch ID sensor for security.
