
Punjab National Bank has reduced the daily cash withdrawal limit from ATM for some of its debit cards. According to the bank, these new rules will come into effect from April 1, 2026. PNB said in a statement released on its website that this decision has been taken to increase customer security, strengthen risk control and promote secure digital banking.
For some debit cards, the daily withdrawal limit from ATM has been reduced from Rs 1,00,000 to Rs 50,000. These cards are included in these.

The bank has clarified that apart from the cards mentioned above, there has been no change in the ATM withdrawal limit of other debit cards.
If PNB customers wish, they can set or reset their ATM withdrawal limit within the new limit. Internet banking, PNBOne, IVR or WhatsApp banking can be used for this.
The bank has also clarified that there has been no change in the transaction limits of POS (card payment at shops), e-commerce and contactless payment. Customers can update the limits of ATM, POS, e-commerce and contactless transactions as per their need in the debit card settings by going to Internet Banking or PNB One app.
