Malai chap is a very popular and tasty dish in North India. It is very famous as a street food especially in Delhi, Punjab and surrounding areas. Made from soy sauce, this dish looks and tastes like mutton or chicken, making it a favorite among many vegetarians.

Materials:
250 grams of soy sauce
2 tablespoons butter or oil
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
½ cup curd
¼ cup fresh cream
8-10 cashew nuts (paste)
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chillies
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp Kasuri Methi
Salt to taste

Make semolina-yogurt chilla for breakfast in the morning rush, it will be delicious for health or taste.
Action:
First, cut the soya beans into medium sized pieces and lightly fry them in oil in a pan.
Heat butter in a pan, add finely chopped onion and saute until golden.
Now add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 1 minute, so that its raw smell goes away.
Then add turmeric, red chillies and salt and mix all the spices well.
Now add curd and cashew paste and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes, the gravy will become creamy.
Add fried soy sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Then add cream, garam masala and kasuri methi and mix well.
Finally top with coriander and serve hot with malai chap naan or paratha.
