Amidst the ongoing war between Iran and America, Iran has made a big claim. Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, Ali Larijani, has said that Iran has captured many American soldiers and is keeping them in its prisons. He also alleged that Donald Trump is not giving correct information about the deaths of American soldiers. However, America has called these claims completely wrong.
On Saturday night, Larijani made several posts on social media platform X. He wrote that he has received information that many American soldiers have been imprisoned. But America is saying that these soldiers were killed in battle. Larijani says that America is trying to hide the truth, but will not be able to do so for long.
Larijani also said that iran America is not revealing the real number of American soldiers killed in the attacks. So far, America has said that six soldiers have died, but Larijani claims that the actual number could be more than 500. According to him, America gradually increases the number of deaths by making different excuses. Sometimes it is declared an accident and sometimes it is presented as some other incident.
Responding to these claims, a spokesperson of the US Army's Central Command (CENTCOM) said that Iran's claim is an attempt to spread lies and misinformation. He said that the talk of Iran capturing American soldiers is completely wrong.
Before this, Trump has also given a strict statement regarding Iran. He wrote on the social media platform Truth Social that America could also consider attacking those areas and groups of people in Iran that were not targeted earlier. Trump also claimed that due to continuous attacks by America and Israel, Iran has apologized to its neighboring countries. According to him, Iran has promised that it will not attack those countries now.
At the same time, Iranian President Masoud Pejeshkian clearly said that Iran is not going to bow down under any pressure. He said that those who think that Iran will surrender without any conditions should forget such a dream. He said that Iran will not back down from its position and will continue the struggle.
