But when he decided to get rid of this addiction, he took the help of a mobile app. However, in the beginning even he himself was not confident that this method would work. But he decided to try it. Arshad told that he quit smoking in just a week and he did not feel any side effects.

On the seventh day, the app asked him to smoke his last cigarette. Arshad smoked that cigarette and then threw away the entire packet. After this he did not even touch the cigarette again.
