Dehradun: A shocking incident has emerged from the Sewla Kala area in Dehradun district, Uttarakhand. A married woman reportedly threw chili powder into her husband's eyes during a domestic dispute, causing him severe distress. Shortly after this altercation, she fled with a young man and spent nearly two weeks in Delhi and Haridwar.
Despite her family searching for her, they could not locate her. Upon her return home, everything seemed normal at first. However, on March 3, she allegedly mixed a toxic substance into her husband's drinking water. After consuming the tainted water, his health deteriorated, leading to a serious condition that required hospitalization.
The victim's father, a resident of Saharanpur, filed a complaint with the Patel Nagar police station.
